This wiki is designed to be the collective brain--a library Geek Squad--to help us better answer our customer's computer questions.  From this wiki, you will be able to tell how other branches solved customer computer problems (and whether that branch has the same type of computer and operating system that you have.)

Mission

 Our mission is:

1. to share learning among staff at a branch and among branches

2. to keep a record of issues and identify trends.

3. to get better at solving customer computer problems, and

4. to deliver better customer service at our branch.
